• Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter notice

If you believe content was removed in error, reply to the same contact email with the basis for your counter notice and the exact URL involved. We will review counter notices consistent with applicable law.
