  • NOTE: The color of this Cursed Technique is based on the user’s Cursed Energy color.

Details

  • Input: Passive
  • The user gains snips when landing M1s and skills, increasing the damage and stun of Fresh Cut. Snips has minimum of two stacks and a maximum of six.

  • The user pulls out a pair of scissors and unleashes a quick barrage of slashes. The damage and stun duration scale on the number of snips stacks.

Barber’s Chair

Input: Y
  • Technique EVO: 0
  • The user offers to change the hairstyle of the player they’re looking at. If the player accepts by typing “Yes”, they’ll be put into the barber’s chair and given the option to tip the Fresh Cuts user with time. The user will be provided a GUI to change the player’s hairstyle and color, as well as add highlights.
  • If used on a knocked opponent, the user can forcefully change their hairstyle without needing them to accept the prompt. These forced hairstyles last 12 hours, and can be removed at the Barber in Shibuya or overwritten by another Fresh Cuts user with a higher Heian Rating.
