Overview

  • Discovered by Uni Geto, this Cursed Technique summons a card above both the user and the opponent, initiating a game-like duel. Any offensive action taken by either participant applies stacks to themselves, building up risk as the timer counts down. When time expires, one of the two takes damage based on how many offensive actions they performed, forcing both sides to carefully balance aggression and restraint.

  • The Dealer has three cards, all with their own effects:
  • Patience – Put into play in a set routine. Attacking while this card is in play will add chips.
  • Cadence – Matches the opponent’s card.
  • Joker – Put into play on a random basis. Attacking while this card is in play will add chips.
  • When any card is in play, indicated by the card spinning and glowing, any attacks performed by the individual will add chips to their stack.

  • The user ends the game, causing the party with the highest stack of chips to be barraged, dealing damage and stun proportional to the number of chips gained. This will occur automatically after the game has been running for a given amount of time.
